Anne-Marie Prouty

After selling our Harvey-flooded home in Houston, my husband and I were ready to move further from the coast. We met Anne-Marie when we viewed, and subsequently rented, one of her for-lease listings in Huntsville as a temporary base from which to look for just the right house in the area from Lake Conroe to Huntsville. As our buyer's rep, Anne-Marie very patiently showed us at least 20 houses over about a 4 month period. For houses we wanted to pursue, she quickly posed our questions to the seller's agent and was diligent in reporting back. We made several offers which didn't work out for a variety of reasons, but Anne-Marie encouraged us to have faith that the right house was out there. We did find that house, and Anne-Marie guided us smoothly through the often-stressful buying process with great insights and a much-appreciated sense of humor. We highly recommend her!
