We highly recommend the McGinnis Team! What immediately struck us was that Anne Marie wasn’t “pushy,” and her integrity was amazing. If you ask her a question she will give you an honest and truthful answer and we very much appreciated that. She kept us updated throughout the process. It didn’t matter if it was later in the evening and something popped into your head that you just needed an answer to, she was always available to listen to our questions or concerns, and if you called or texted her and she couldn’t answer she would always get back to you in a very timely manner. If you are buying, or selling a home in the CSRA, you absolutely should give Anne Marie a call, you won’t regret it. One last thought, there was a point where we had to be away from our home for a short period of time during our sale, and Anne Marie offered to go by and ensure our pets were fed and taken care of. I don’t know if many realtors offer to do such things, but Anne Marie did and we were so appreciative of her for that.

Anne Marie was my realtor as both a seller and buyer. Through out both processes she provided excellent service and was super responsive to any questions or requests I had. When I was searching for a home she willingly drove across almost every county in the CSRA to assist me in finding the exact home I wanted. Unlike other realtors I have used in the past, Anne Marie was at the properties, with the doors unlocked, before I arrived and was well informed about the home. If I there were any questions about the home she did not have the answer to she would make sure to have me an answer before the end of the day. Most answers came within the hour. As for selling the home, she did miss the mark. I say this tongue in cheek because she estimated it would take about two weeks for my home to sell, when in fact it took less than two hours once the home was officially listed for me to receive an above market full asking price. All around, whether buying or selling, Anne Marie is a 5 star realtor and I HIGHLY recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers.
