We were extremely pleased with Anne-Marie's expertise in the recent sale of our home. Even prior to listing our house she was responsive to our questions and provided wise and timely advice. As we met with her we were further impressed by Anne-Marie's expertise which encompassed:
-clearly detailing the status of the housing market in our area,
-an overview of pricing strategies,
-preparing our house for sale,
-a marketing plan.
While our house was listed for sale, Anne-Marie helped with scheduling and conducting open houses and showings. She promptly followed up on each showing talking with realtors and soliciting buyer feedback. She was able to satisfactorily answer tricky questions asked by both other realtors and buyers. Anne-Marie kept us updated on the status of our competition, new competition and scheduled every Open House we requested. She never pressured us to change our price or accept an offer with which we were not satisfied.
During the negotiation of the Purchase and Sale agreement Anne-Marie provided a great deal of calm feedback and advice to assist us in obtaining a satisfactory agreement. She was able to develop a report with our buyer during the home inspection that helped during negotiations of the purchase agreement. She was on top of the bumps that arose in the process and had solid, experienced advice to resolve issues. She also stayed on top of the negotiated sale during the weeks before the sale was final, addressing all our questions and helping us complete the steps required of a seller. We are convinced that Anne-Marie's calm demeanor, experience and extensive knowledge of her field helped us achieve the sale of our house.
