Anne Mall

My goal was to sell a unique home on behalf of a family estate in Clarendon Hills. I live out of state. Anne was my partner from the start, being my advocate to prepare the home for sale; making suggestions, finding reputable contractors (estate sales, painters, carpenters) and verifying the work performed. Anne educated herself on prairie style architecture to be a more knowledgeable agent for this home. She stayed aware of the market to help me navigate a fair sales goal. Her network led me to the legal council of Peter Berk who acted as my Power of Attorney. I cannot speak highly enough of how professional Anne is. She stayed in constant contact with me along the journey. In partnership; we sold a to a young family who I hope will build new memories under the rough of this unique home.
