Ann was an excellent choice to purchase our first home in Chicago. She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods (UIC, Pilsen, South Loop) we were looking at and the different types of homes (townhomes, condo's etc.). She explained the process quite well and was there to answer any of our questions or concerns very quickly. She was also very helpful during the negotiation process, again keeping us informed throughout.
