Anne Jeannette Rankin is exceptionally knowledgeable, and her years of experience was evident throughout the process. She is incredibly hardworking, and was with us literally every step of the way. She explained all the processes thoroughly and in understandable terms. She helped us with difficult decisions, gave us rational choices, and kept us from making costly mistakes. Because of her help prepping the house to put it in the market, we sold it the first day, at full price! We also appreciate her personal touches along the way!
