She effectively navigated selling our home, while purchasing a new one at the same time. She was very accommodating to our schedules and timelines. I am very appreciative of her honesty and loyalty.

She knew the geographic area extremely well and fully researched the unique features of my resort community to get the best and most reasonable price available. There were some stressful moments along the way but Anne's depth of experience, professionalism and clear communication skills were always reassuring and brought me through. When it came to the purchase of a new residence, she never tried to convince me of an inappropriate property in order to make a sale. When I look back, the accomplishment was nothing short of astonishing. I would never think of working with another realtor. She is the BEST!!!
Anne did everything possible to relieve the stress of selling our home. When Anne says she’ll take care of any thing that might occur, she does. Her knowing the comps in our area was right on the mark. Purchasing our new home was even easier with Anne. She knew what we were looking for and she delivered Big Time. Never did she waste our time, or hers, showing houses just to show and hope for a quick sale. She took immense time finding homes she knew we might like. Anne also pointed out pros and cons on her showings advising us on what to look for and what to be aware of. She negotiated the final price for us like the pro that she is.I doubt our experience could have been any better with any one else. Anne always kept us up to date on everything all the time. I don’t think a day went by without Anne keeping in touch with us. Any and all our questions were answered in very timely manner. Again, Anne made this difficult situation so much easier. We heard about Anne from one of her clients and we thought we would give her a try, and those clients were right, she is the best! Her knowledge of all aspects is amazing!
