Actual sales price was way below what an independent appraisal had led us to expect so that was disappointing, however Anne hung in there with us for as long as it took to get a decent offer in a difficult market and I feel we got the best deal available at the time. Anne was also a pro at knowing and dealing with Oakland's excessive legal and taxation requirements and prepping the house, and she definitely earned her commission on this one.
