Can’t speak highly enough about Anne and how easy she made the process buying our first home! Anne is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, went above and beyond to help us through the process of finding the right home, and made buying a home such a great experience (especially in a fast-paced and competitive market!). Pricing - Anne and the team at Vanderblue correctly determined that market conditions indicated our home could sell at a price significantly higher than all the other realtors we interviewed. They were correct and we had 3 offers the first weekend. 2. Staging - Anne helped us unclutter so the house showed beautifully. She also loaned us some light color pillows, bedspreads, and other accents that created the maximum positive impression. 3. Support after sale - Anne and her team were thorough on all phases of the sale, including follow up with the buyers on the items that both sides needed to complete the sale smoothly. It was definitely fate that brought us in contact with Anne.
