Working with her team, doing an amazing photo shoot for my home, she helped me discover my air ducts needed to be cleaned out. We cleaned the vents, and my mystery smell disappeared. Who knew? Ann even helped me, when I ended up in the hospital with severe chest pains, while my 5 pets were left alone in a rental house. She went to my rent house, multiple times, feeding and cleaning up after my cats and dogs, because I have no family in town. After 37 hours of treatment, I was released from care, thank goodness! As an independent retired teacher, asking for help was tough. But, all my pride flew out the window, when I could no longer breath without bad chest pains. Real Estate in Arizona can be tough market!
