I would not have been able to sell my house without the expertise of Anne Cobern. She not only took the time to explain every process of selling a house to me and my parents but also went the extra mile with recommendations of how to sell the house quicker and gave excellent references of a handy man, house cleaners and contractors. I have always heard that selling a home can be one of life's biggest stressors, but in my case with Anne it was stress free. I not only do I consider Anne to be my realtor but now I consider her a friend. Mindy Morris
