Anne did an amazing job selling our home! We live in FL and she was able to help us with every aspect of the sale and close without having to come back to GA. She did an initial evaluation and gave us suggestions on items that needed to be upgraded. She helped us establish a listing price and provided a list of companies that could help us complete all the items on our inspection report. She followed back up to make sure everything was complete and we had a contract on our home 2 days after the listing went live.
