Anne was a great person to work with during the purchase of our Scottsdale condo. Our personalities fit perfectly together. She is very detail orientated; extremely trustworthy and has great communication skills. Her real estate knowledge and expertise were very valuable. She represented my husband and myself and went above and beyond what we expected for a successful purchase of our condo. We couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend her and her real estate services to anyone.

So, I'm a stress basket and kind of high maintenance. I have had poor experiences in the past (not due to a realtor), so I was a bit nervous going into this process. Anne stayed the course! She did a great job helping me get my home ready to sell. She had good insight as far as what I needed to be concerned about and what I didn't. My home looked beautiful and sold quickly. The buyer's agent was also from HomeSmart and she was well-qualified so the whole transaction went very smoothly. Although this isn't guaranteed, of course, she priced my home well and it sold for nearly my asking price. I'd use her again!

Anne is simply one of the best real estate agents that I have worked with. I am relocating to AZ from Ohio and being brand new to the area I was extremely anxious and nervous about finding a new home. Anne was so pleasant to work with: she helped to explain all the areas, what I needed to look for and kept me calm throughout the entire process. She was extremely patient and went the extra mile to look for homes that fit into my busy schedule. She worked with the sellers to get us an amazing price! Then, thankfully, she held my hand throughout the crazy buying process, by following up with all parties involved and checking in with me the entire time. Can't thank her enough for making something that can be so stressful into a stress-free process!
