I found Anne from Zillow, based on ratings and reviews. So I did not have any personal connection. I was not disappointed. Anne has been very responsive. I'm from Arizona, so had to drive into town each time. She was very accommodating to my schedule, even with quick requests. Because she was very thorough, finding me many homes to view that fit my criteria each trip, so it only took me two weekends to find my dream home. Between those trips, she would send me links to many homes to view to help us prepare and narrow down the search to save me time. She counseled me about neighborhoods with problem HOA's, undesirable locations, etc. After two days searching (one weekend), she knew exactly what I wanted. The next trip over she had already identified my dream home for me, before I'd even seen it. And made sure that home's realtor held the closing so I could place a bid, because she knew it was the home for me. During and post search, she's identified other reliable, vetted resources - contractors, flooring, painters, garage doors, etc. - to get me started in my remodel, since I'm from out of town.
