Anna Maria put together an incredible resource for first time home buyers on what to expect; it went over the new vocabulary of what home buying entails, the process of putting an offer, and what to expect at closing. When the journey began, we met for coffee and went over what I was hoping to find. She suggested increasing my budget for an offer price just slightly to find something that might be a better fit, which I did, and I found the type of condo and the neighborhood I was looking for. Anna Maria was responsive to my many questions and always available for a call, text or pep talk. I would highly recommend Anna Maria for a new first-time home buyer. She will take good care of you!
