My search for a condo on Siesta Key was complicated by my difficult to fulfill requirements. This was going to be my final move and I wasn’t willing to settle for anything less than “perfect”. And I was not in any particular hurry. A tough client to say the least. But Annabel was patient and understanding. She taught me about the area, explained some of the ins and outs of Siesta Key and showed me condo after condo. I've had many bad experiences with realtors; most of whom just listed a property then sat back hoping for the best. Annabel was NOT that kind of realtor. She began working hard from even before I listed my property to ensure we were pricing the house properly, to fully understand where the market was at the time, and to devise a plan to sell my house quickly at the right price. Her preparation paid off and in the first 10 days we had about 15 showings and an offer. She handled the negotiations adroitly and closed what I felt was a very satisfying deal. In addition, she negotiated an excellent price with the builder on my new house. Finally, since I would have a gap between the closing of the old and new houses, she worked hard to find a very nice temporary place for me and my dogs to live. Annabel is truly a full service realtor who cares about her customer above the commission. I haven't met many realtors who I can say that about. Five stars!!!
