Anna was able to get us to view and offer on a house in under 2 hours. We were fortunate have her guidance to come up with an offer that would be competitive in the wild Northern Virginia market. In the end we were still under budget and Anna prevented both a bidding war and managed to avoid the sellers putting us through a showing weekend. Could not be happier! Thanks Anna
We asked Anna to list our home in Aquia Harbour. We agreed with her suggestion for the listing price. She had a lot of suggestions for improvements to boost sale ability. She stayed focused, maintained continuous contact through to and after sale. She brings her fresh perspective into the area real estate markets. There is little doubt of her abilities. I am certain she will take her place among northern Virginia’s best selling realtors.
Anna has 1 property for sale and sold 12 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
