Anna absolutely killed it! She far surpassed my expectations. I was flying in for a quick two day trip hoping to land a new home for my relocation. I sent over parameters one day before my arrival; before I even landed Anna had compiled all of it and found additional properties that I hadn’t noticed. Anna hits all the marks as a realtor. We bought a house in Boise sight unseen from the Seattle Metro area. Right away Anna sent over properties that fit our parameters for what we were looking for. She went to homes to view them and used an app to send videos of the property, and they were very thorough and detailed. Not only did she share video of the inside and outside, but also the neighborhood. When it came time to put in an offer, Anna gave sound advice and we ended up getting the house and it appraised for the full amount. In a hot market, Anna was on the ball, and I highly recommend her as a realtor. She is extremely responsive and communicative, and that is the main thing that I personally feel is important as a client.

Anna is a true professional! I was looking for an out-of-state investment property - Anna took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions, educated me on the different neighborhoods and ongoing development in the area, and helped us find a beautiful new home in an amazing location. While we waited for our home to be built, Anna checked in on the construction regularly and would send us video updates so I could see how things were progressing. The process was as smooth as can be because Anna was always on top of everything. Anna is sharp, has great communication, and cares about her clients. I highly recommend Anna and would definitely work with her again.
We did not come to Anna with an ideal situation in a purchasing home for the fast paced market. She worked diligently to find a home in our price range that also met all our expectations. She persevered when we started to doubt the possibilities. She is detailed orientated when looking at the components of a home. She was able to identify different types of flooring, countertops, and other important details. She is very knowledgeable on the competitive market and was easily available to communicate with. We ended up with a bigger home in a lovely family friendly neighborhood.

Knowledgeable about the area, provided great advice when asked re: negotiations, hyperefficient with fast turnover times in all paperwork, inspections and communication...what's not to love??
