Anna is a real estate agent with knowledge of the area that she combines with a self-imposed high standard of customer service. Since we do not live in the area, we initially called her to ask about how she would go about selling our rental property in Wyncote, PA. We choose to talk with Anna because by her years of experience and her excellent ratings on yelp. We were looking for an agent that was willing to have a long-distance client. Anna was willing to work with us. (She gave us frequent updates and adjusted her time schedule to match ours on the West Coast.) Initially we made plans to sell the home in late spring. Unfortunately before we could put the house on the market, there was a fire that damaged it. We discussed our options with Anna. We choose to sell a house “as is” because of fire damage. We did not want to manage repairs from across the country. This is when having an excellent real estate agent is a must! We had the extra benefit of having an intelligent, calm, supportive, and kind person. Anna helped us make good choices to get the house ready for sale.
