Although Anna was the seller's realtor and we were the buyers, she was invaluable in facilitating our purchase. She made the property available to us for a second showing although our realtor couldn't. When our realtor got sick and couldn't be there for us to sign our offer, Anna met us at her office to make the paperwork available. She was very knowledgeable about the HOA rules and regs and answered many questions during the showings. When our semi of household items arrived before closing, she negotiated with the seller on our behalf to allow us to have our household goods unloaded into the garage. That's customer service!
