Anna was wonderful in helping my parents find their ideal home in the perfect location we were hoping for. We searched for almost six months and Anna was very patient and available throughout this time. When we did find the right home she was always available (even when she was out of town) and very responsive to every call, email or text. I found Anna just by chance after calling a number on a for sale sign and really could not have been any luckier! Looking back I’m just so grateful for that coincidence since Anna made my home buying process enjoyable and seamless. She takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and never seems like she’s trying to just sell you a home but find where you’ll really be happy. She was more than happy to show all types of different homes in different areas over many months while offering her knowledge and explaining the process in detail (sometimes several times to several people.) She is always extremely prompt to get back to you and advocated for me the entire time. She really was “on my side” when it came to negotiating and closing. I’m very happy with what we worked out in the end. It was all so seamless and I never felt wary of not getting the best price or feeling pressured into buying somewhere at all. On top of that all she’s also super friendly and just a great person all around. I could not recommend Anna enough!

Anna was a great realtor to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We moved across the country and had never been to the area before, Anna put us at ease with her knowledge of the area and expertise in the process. She was extremely responsive (it felt like we were her only clients), and she worked fast. From the first time contacting her to putting in an offer it was about a week, and it was for a house we hadn’t seen in person. However, we were very confident in the purchase because Anna communicated with us well, knew what we were looking for, and through the use of technology we got to “see” the houses with her. She was flexible, responsive, patient and beyond easy and wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough about how great the experience was for us. She did a wonderful job making a cross country move easier.

Anna is amazing! We searched for our first home for a full year before finding the right one. She went above and beyond to find what we needed, answering a million questions along the way. There was never any issue with communication - she always got back to us within 24 hours, usually much sooner! We knew basically nothing about owning a home prior to working with Anna - she helped us feel confident in every decision. She didn’t try to push us one way or another either, totally respected our decision making process. Her negotiation skills are on point too. I can’t say enough great things about her, honestly. She’s the best.

My experience with Anna was amazing. I got to work with her 7 months due to purchasing new construction. Anna set my mind at ease being a first time home buyer. Even when I felt a question was silly she assured me it wasn't. She genuinely enjoyed educating me and wanted me to be happy even when I was ready to settle on certain things she encourage me not to. One thing that is important to me is communication. ANNA ROCKS AT COMMUNICATION!!! I want to yell that from the rooftop. I know of other friends who struggled with reaching their realtor or felt rushed. I never felt that. If I called she called back. If I texted she texted back. If I emailed she responded and non of that within 24hr stuff. If it wasn't within the hour or was within a few hours. If she was going to be unavailable she'd notify me. "Hey I'm about to be out at dinner. Responses may be slow." Slow! She still made herself available at dinner lol. I know this review is getting long but I know how important it is to find a realtor that is easy to vibe with, won't make you feel like an idiot, won't make you feel like a number, and will respond to you. Anna will do all those things. If you read this entire review you minus well contact her. You will have no regrets.

Anna was amazing from the beginning. When we first met up I wasn't even sure if we wanted to sell or not. She explained everything in a way that someone with zero experience with selling could understand. When she left I didn't feel pressured to sell right away. However, we jumped right in because she made us feel so confident about it! She answered every question we could come up with, and helped us with every minute detail. We listed our house and we were updated continuously as people came to view and as offers came rolling in. She gave great advice, but never made us feel like we had to go with her advice. She respected our thoughts and concerns in any manner. She was also amazing in helping us find another dream home. We saw tons of houses before we saw the right one, but Anna was there through everything and not once made us feel guilty for wanting to see yet another house. She was super supportive and just an awesome person. She makes it a point to connect with her families and we loved this! We could not have sold our first home and purchased our new dream home without her!

She is very knowledgeable on the Jacksonville area market and guided us through the entire process, always being very responsive and patient to explain and help resolve issues. I LOVED WORKING WITH ANNA! Anna helped me when I showed up to Jacksonville alone, my husband is active duty and I was given the job to find our family a home.
