Anna was nothing short of amazing. Thanks to her I was able to secure a property in a crazy market. I wouldn’t use anyone besides Anna- her knowledge and professionalism can not be matched by anyone.

BEYOND HAPPY WITH ANNA NIOLA!! My girlfriend and I were shopping for houses on Zillow without the help of a realtor, with some luck a house that was recently off the market caught our interest. We messaged the realtor, that had the property listed to find out more information and... we found Anna Niola, the property was already sold but Anna assured us she would find something better, she was correct. We were not currently working with a realtor at the time, so it was a new experience for us but it was a game changer finding her. She spent over a half hour on the phone explaining how a realtor works, and that it is truly silly for a buyer not to work with a realtor. Within a month we were putting a offer on a house we never thought we would get in our budget, she was with us ever step of the way. Anna was making calls, texting us both in a group chat, emailing, doing every bit of leg work she could to make our lives that much easier. Anna was always able to be contacted, and if she missed our call within minutes we would get a text or a phone call back. We can go on, and on about the experience we had with her, we can both truly say she was the best thing to happen to us during our house hunt. Anyone would be in excellent hands if she was on your side during your house hunt. We can also say we gained a life long friend, Anna banana.
