When everything is going downhill there are for sure God's send people who come in and stand by you in difficult times. With tons of things going in life, it was extremely difficult to make a decision to sell the house. Spoke to few realtors who were referred by friends or family but there was something "extremely badly" missing. I respect all of them and their expertise. She gave marketing analysis and her expertise, yet she made the whole conversation so easy to talk that I was able to explain what I am looking for and how? From first connection to her, Anna has been extremely professional, yet, brutally honest. She told me exactly, what are the preps? What needs to be done? How much time would it take? and she had answers to every question and solutions to every problem. She connected me with the right people that I needed at the right time to get my house ready for sale. When buyers were not able to meet the commitments, she was there being my advocate rather then a realtor. My overall experience in a nutshell, I was able to sell the house the way I wanted and earned a great friend named Anna Mills.
