Anna Merrick was a godsend for us! She showed us what we needed to do to get the most for our home and guided us along the way, she handled every aspect of our sale, including a "last minute" new roof and some plumbing issues while we were already moved out of state. She was always available for questions and guidance and was always straight up with no sugar coating, just the facts. I have dealt with numerous realtors, some good, some not so good. Anna Merrick is top notch! If I could have her come to Michigan for our next purchase, I would gladly pay her way! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get the best value for their home sale!
