During our first several weeks of working with Anna-Lise, we were still living out of state and were unable to be present for some of the steps. (Inspection and such). She was more than willing to represent us when we could not be there, and I always felt assured that the process would keep moving smoothly. She made herself available around our schedule as much as possible, and was always quick to respond to texts, emails, and calls.
