During this wild market in Idaho, Anna was able to persist and help me land the perfect home when I had all but given up. She was friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and great at negotiating. Being my first home purchase, I knew very little about the process. I would contact her frequently and get responses to every question in a short time frame. Anna walked me through step by step and did a great job negotiating on my behalf. I would say she went above and beyond in multiple ways. It would be difficult to find someone who could do a better job finding you a home, negotiating, and communicating all the way through close than Anna. Highly recommended.
