We decided to choose Anna as our agent because of a recommendation from a friend and we were very pleased with her work. She kept in constant contact and provided us with numerous homes within our budget. Anna gave us a real understanding of what properties would be a good investment. The contractors and inspectors that she hired for us were professional and very easy to work with. After we found the house that we wanted she negotiated vigorously which reduced the price of the house significantly. Without her we would have over paid for the property. Having her as an agent was enjoyable and informative. I recommended her to my brother and she sold his house within a week. Now I jump at the chance to recommend her to one of my friends because I know how through and knowledgeable she is.
