I reached out to EXP realty and was contacted by Anna. I had interviewed several realtor before contacting EXP and had not found one that i felt comfortable with. The home I wanted to sell was being rented, the lease was due to expire in 45 days, and I lived 400 miles away from the location. I needed a realtor who could deal with the rental management company, communicate with my tenant, guide me through the best way to market and sell my home, and be flexible on brokerage fees. Anna and her team ticked all of the boxes. They had plenty of applications/tools to help determine value of the home, Anna communicated proactively throughout the process, docs were passed back and forth via Google docs, and and Anna was very easy to work with.
