She was very nice. I enjoyed working with her. Willing to answer any questions. I got no negative vibes. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was helpful even when I was not near. She didn't give up when I was feeling down. She didn't accept people not helping us like our notary. She was an advocate for her customer. She had a friendly genuine nature.
