Anna Bunton, our realtor showed us several homes in Statesboro in our price range. We had just sold our home in Lithia, Florida in October and had been staying with our children in Riverview, Florida. Then our younger daughter, husband and grandson’s home for a couple of weeks. We had a time line because our furniture was in storage and was going to be delivered November 1. Every time we saw a home we wanted another buyer would out bid us, pay cash, close sooner, etc. We stayed in touch with Anna every day. as she would send us listings and we’d make an appointment to see them. It began to look as if we’d have to rent and we really didn’t want to sign a lease and lose out on a home to be our forever home.
