Anna and her son Chris did a phenomenal job as my realtor team after I had moved out of state and needed to get a rental property off my hands. I was with another realtor for 5 months who simply was not proactive enough in selling the property, then I got introduced to the Alves team and they hustled to sell the property after just a couple months in a very slow market.
