I had a very good and positive experience with Anna. She basically held my hand, explained things, especially when it came to signing documents. She listened to what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in alignment with that and my budget. I appreciate her expertise in answering my questions about everything from builders, neighborhoods, the process, etc. She works fast and kept me in the loop at all times. I really liked working with Anna. She always had a smile and a hug.

Just had to say that using Anna to help me find a home to buy was a very good choice! She's extremely knowledgeable and knows this industry from top to bottom. I used a VA loan to get my house, and was very "rusty" in my own knowledge of house buying because I hadn't bought a house in over 30 years! She brought me up to date on all the changes in the real estate market, and she also had a lot of contact numbers and information that I needed to get everything started! I would definitely use her again for any house buying or selling needs in my future.

I’ve been looking for a house for a year now and probably last 6 months in Bakersfield with Anna as my RE agent. Anna’s Experience, Knowledge, Communication Skills and Patience is unmatchable. She knows details about every zip code, communities and specifics about all the different builders. She listened to me and I trust she had my best interest at heart.
