Working with Ann is working with The BEST. She is simply good people. And is very personable, while maintaining professional boundaries and giving the proper space to make our own decisions. She is very thorough in her walk-throughs and is willing to point out positives and negatives to simply inform. Through the entire process, it was evident she was committed to serving us as people she cared about, not just clients for a sale. She even went above and beyond on negotiations and even being with us on our signing day when she didn’t have to be there. This whole process as first time homebuyers was quite smooth because of Ann and her team. We are thankful to have her in our corner for many years to come!
