We had a great experience working with Ann, we were buying and selling all at once and Ann was wonderful putting our mind at ease amidst our anxiety of how stressful this would be. Prior to listing our condo, Ann gave us great advice about when to list our home and how to prepare for open houses. She was able to get more money for our condo than we expected. Everything worked out perfectly, we were able to close on both houses the same day.
