I had the pleasure to have Ann Walker as my real estate agent. Ann is extremely knowledgeable and knows how the entire buying and selling process works. She was there for me every step of the way in the process. This included seeing houses, meetings with the builder, helping me with the selections of options, asking all the relevant questions to the various parties involved in the house building process, attending the pre closing meeting and finally joining me for the closing meeting. Ann was always there to answer all of my questions and would be available via text or phone. As part of this process I almost felt like I formed a "family like" bond with Ann. After my house closing, Ann even helped me with setting by allowing me to borrow a few hoses and sprinklers and then setting up those sprinklers on the newly laid sod on my new home. Ann is a seasoned agent and I would strongly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Ann was great during the whole process. She was quick to respond to questions and encouraging throughout the whole experience. The best thing about Ann is she was never pushy about anything. She understood that life happens and will affect the timeline. She was very understanding. We will be selling my mother's house shortly and Ann will be helping us with that one as well. looking forward to working with her again.
