My name is Ann Van Zandt and I am the Broker/Owner of Van Zandt Properties, previously Bastrop Homes LLC. I am an active real estate agent specializing in Bastrop and surrounding Counties. I am a wife and mother of 3 who takes her job very seriously. My job is Real Estate, this is not a part-time job, hobby, or “extra” money venture for me. I am a go-getter who works hard to ensure my clients interests are protected and I strive to make the transaction as smooth as possible. My positive thinking, high morals and integrity shape my business.
I believe strongly in education and work to improve my knowledge and my business as much as possible. I have acquired my Brokers License as well as 5 other designations over the years to help her be better able to serve my clients, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, the Graduate Realtors Institute designation, the Sellers Representation Specialist designation, the National Board of Realtors Green designation, and the Council of Residential Specialists designation, as well as having over 300 hours of completed real estate courses.
I am a Showcase Realtor on Realtor.com. The Showcase feature allows me to have the yellow “box” around all of my listings, in addition to allowing more photos and longer descriptions. This also allows me to have my name and phone number on the listing so I will receive the calls, not just whatever agent pays for leads (and who knows the most about your property?!).
I have received many awards recognizing my dedication and service to my clients, including being named the 2016 Realtor of the Year by the Bastrop County Board of Realtors. I am the President Elect of the Bastrop County Board of Realtors and will be President in 2019. I love my job and the most rewarding part is helping people with one of the most important decisions they will ever make.
