Ann nailed it on all accounts when selling a house: 1) Integrity - she was clear from day one that selling a house is complicated legal process and was very clear and honest throughout, explaining the paperwork and forms, disclosures, double checking information and making sure all parties are well informed with factual information. 2) Energy and Communication - Ann and I exchanged probably hundreds of emails, texts and calls before, during and after the listing process making recommendations, explaining obstacles and bottlenecks, obtaining my opinion, etc. She is very on top of the listing and goes above and beyond to guide the seller and kept me on track. 3) Market and Professional Knowledge - Ann is very experienced and understands the local market as well as macroeconomic factors. We listed the house during a rapid real-estate downturn (2nd/3rd quarter 2022). She routinely provided news media updates, local comparable listings and sales, and impacts to our sale. While we had to take some price reduction versus peak market, she was able to optimize the sales price and timing and finally help me accept a great offer before further market downturn.
