When our listing went active Ann handled the immediate multiple requests for showings, gathered and organized the offers we received, and then met with us to explain the pros and cons of each offer. Once we had a contract in place Ann handled the scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and all other steps required to ensure that the home closed on schedule.
