Ann helped my wife and me buy a house and 66 acres in central Vermont. We were impressed by Ann's good attitude and cheerful work ethic from the very beginning. We were living out of state at the time, and Ann was an excellent communicator-at-distance. She's adept with email (not all agents are!) and was very willing and ready to have us e-sign the appropriate documents. She also was a huge help when lining up the myriad of inspections and service providers we needed. She knows the area very well, and she is well respected in the community. Beyond being a great real estate professional, Ann is kind and has a good sense of humor. Something that came in handy as things (inevitably) came up during the buying and closing process. I would highly recommend Ann to anyone who is buying a home in the upper valley.
