The total time from Listing to Closing was only 53 days! Our home was listed on September 14 and went under contract October 12. Less than one month on the market. This was a result of the excellent marketing plans and materials that Ann and her team devised, coupled with the hard work and effort that they exhibited throughout the process. We were out of the area during the listing period; but, Ann communicated with us consistently and thoroughly. If a contractor had to be let in, Ann was there with the key. Another Realtor that we interviewed recommended we price the house at $650,000. Ann disagreed, said that was too low and recommended we list for $720,000. Ann was great. She provided great advice throughout the listing, prep and sale process. We were living remotely during the time of the sale allowing only limited visits to the home. We jointly agreed upon the scope of any preparations for the sale toward optimizing the cost/benefit of any upgrades and Ann had great contacts within the contractor community for performing any work that was required. The home sold within the period we were targeting and the sale price exceeded the relevant comps. The entire process couldn't have gone better.
