Ann was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I highly recommend her as a seller agent. She has a deep understanding of the real estate market and selling process, which was invaluable since this was my first time selling a house. She was easy to connect with via text, email, and phone. Ann also regularly checked on my house because I had to relocate for work prior to listing it; this gave me huge peace of mind. Most of all, I appreciated that when I had multiple offers on my house, Ann took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each offer. She never tried to make decisions for me, but rather acted as a sound adviser throughout all of the negotiations.

Ann was incredibly easy to work with. One of the first properties we saw, Ann gave us an honest response of "This place really is awful. Let's get out of here." Never once did I feel like I was being sold on a property, I felt Ann was there to step in when we had questions, but we were pretty much left to our own to make decisions. When Ann offered advice and opinions, she was very quick to respond, answered our questions in a way that was easily understandable, and was truly there to help us find our dream home. I cannot recommend Ann enough, I don't think you'll find a better experience than working with her.

We are in our new home thanks to Ann. She was wonderful to work with, always available to meet with us, answer all our questions (which were plenty because we are first time home owners) and guide us through all the process. We were on a time crunch, we needed a home in two months. Ann took note of all our likes and dislikes and arranged several properties for us to see. We never felt any pressure to buy anything that we did not like, she would point out the good and the bad or every house we saw. On April 4 we saw a house that we loved and decide to make an offer that same night. Ann was on the phone with us that night, she was anticipating that there would be several offers on the house. We discussed and followed Ann's advice and the next day she called us to tell us that we got the house! We worked with the lender that she recommended and the whole process was so easy! Ann was always accommodating for all our appointments, house inspection. etc. She followed up with reminders for us and made sure that our requests for repairs were fairly fulfilled. We closed on May 31, everything was extremely pain free. We would have not been able to do all this without Ann's help. She is awesome!!!!!!
