Ann Pratt is just what you want in your realtor. She's experienced and an extrovert - she knows what she's doing and she gets out there and talks it up. Real estate isn't her side gig ... she lives and breathes it. I do not believe our home was what our buyer was originally looking for ... it was better for his needs/interests, but not something he had considered. Ann and buyer's realtor convinced him to take a look ... I do not believe this would've happened if Ann weren't such an extrovert. The listing/showing/closing processes all went smoothly. I highly recommend Ann Pratt. She's also funny ... that's always a plus.
