Found Ann by scouting who had sold the home with the highest listing in the neighborhood and called her. I was not disappointed. My home was under contract and listed that day. She listed it and SOLD it for 35K more than I was expecting and found a house-sitter to cover the time between my home (rental) being vacant and transferring to buyer...all during a pandemic! Never got the chance to meet her, but I have already referred her to a family member who is considering selling.

Ann was so wonderful, she helped us with the whole buying process. We had so many question and she was able to help us and answer all of our question. I will recommend her and when we refinance we will be using her again.
