My husband & I are so grateful for Ann! We moved to the upstate in the spring of 2016. After renting for a year and becoming familiar with the area, we knew we wanted to find a home here and make it our own. Ann really listened to our desires and the specific details we would need to fall into place in order to make a home purchase happen. She continued to check in on us during the course of a few months until the timing was right. She helped us find a beautiful home and put us in touch with a great mortgage lender, streamlining the whole process for us. Closing was a breeze! Now, a year later, we have been happy to refer her to our daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law. She helped them find a beautiful home to begin their lives together as husband and wife, and they'll be closing on their dream home very soon!
