Ann-Marie has been highly instrumental in the sale of my house. I was out of state the whole time the house was for sale and Ann-Marie went above and beyond being a realtor. For example, I had an open permit that was over 10 years old. She researched and closed the permit in order for me to have a smooth closing of the house. As another example the homeowners association required me to trim a tree that would of cost approximately $1000. She informed them that the tree was on common ground and therefore I wasn't responsible for trimming it. She save me plenty of money and got me an excellent price for the house. I highly recommend her as your realtor.
