As a first time homebuyer and newbie to Alabama, I was not familiar with the terminology, Birmingham communities, or even questions to ask before putting in an offer or deciding if a home was a good fit. Ann was so patient with me as I dragged her to dozens of homes and open houses. Ann spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. To put it lightly, I was a very indecisive homebuyer and definitely tested Ann’s knowledge about local communities and types of homes (she passed with flying colors). Above all else, Ann was always honest about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had my best interest at heart. Even now, weeks after closing, she still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when I contact her looking for suggestions. In the future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely use Ann again to both sell my home and find a new one.
