Anne was very determined to find me the perfect home. She showed me many houses and never looked bother by my indecisiveness. Anne is extremely patient, and she was always on time. Before we looked at houses, she let me know the order in which houses we would view but made sure I was fine with the order. She was very quick with putting in offers on a houses. The house that I chose was only on the market for an hour before she called me letting me know about it. Our home sold faster than we expected, so we had limited time to find a new home when we started working with Ann. We were in the middle of the COVID pandemic, there were few homes for sale and the ones that were for sale were selling fast. We looked at several homes and made an offer on one of them. Our offer was not accepted so we started looking again. After looking at several homes one day, Ann mentioned that she had taken the liberty of scheduling an appointment to see a home she thought we might like. It was new on the market and she asked if we wanted to see it. That was the house we bought! She found us our house! There were some repairs that needed to be done, and Ann worked with the listing agent to get them done to our satisfaction. Ann handled the necessary inspections, and kept us informed of everything that was happening. Ann was wonderful! She was very professional but at the same time was very understanding and positive when things didn't go quite the e way we wanted. She has a wonderful sense of humor and was very caring. We would certainly recommend her highly and would call on her if we ever move again (which we hope doesn't happen)!
