Where to even start sharing what an awesome experience we had working with Ann! We are new to Arizona transplants from California. As we began our home buying journey, we met Ann through our sister, who had recently purchased a home. It wasn't easy being in California through most of this process. Ann always kept us in the loop, sending pictures and being super supportive. As we looked for homes, she was mindful of both our desires. We live in California and wanted to buy a second home in Arizona and were put in contact with Ann. Our son who lives in Mesa and Ann became my wife and I eyes on numerous homes that we were interested in. The process of finding the right home took a while, but Ann was with us the whole way. She was so helpful in every aspect of the purchase of our new home and we could not have been happier with her and all the effort she provided. We found the home we wanted and Ann did the rest. Ann Larson is amazing. She helped us with finding a rental and when we began our search in 2019 to purchase she was so helpful. As new buyers we weren’t sure what we wanted or what was available.
