Ann is a true professional in Real Estate. I live in Florida and came to Brownwood to help my parents into assisted living and sell their home. Ann was on time and very knowledgeable as she explained the market and comparable properties. As a result, we priced the property just right for the market. I had to return to Florida and Ann took it from there. She showed the property, negotiated with buyers, spent her time meeting contractors at the property for repair work, inspected their work and reported back to me including before and after photos. She met the cleaning crew, also sending me photos. Ann was always available throughout the entire process and communicated every step of the way on what I needed to do remotely. I was able to sign and notarize all documents for closing remotely. She literally saved me thousands of dollars by not having to fly back and forth with long hotel stays.
