She took the time to explain the market in our area, took us thur other homes in our area that were listed at the same time as our property so we had a Clear understanding of just what the market was and that if we wanted to sell we had to be real about our pricing, she took beauitful pictures of our home and was pro-active on our sale. Sold in less than 90days, and for more then what the bank appraisal (which was just unreal!) was for, so she went to the buyer and asked for more which we received and sold for, I think that our price is still the highest in that area.
